CLIMATE & TERROIR: The climate is temperate, with both influences
of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

VINIFICATION: The grapes undergo a cold skin maceration and
are fermented at low temperatures in concrete vats. Also the
maturation takes place here.

GRAPES: viura, garnacha blanca, tempranillo Blanco
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 12.50%

SMELL & TASTE: Fresh and aromatic with flavors of green
herbs such as dill and coriander, lime, grapefruit and a nice
balance between creaminess and acidity.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious with all kinds of fish dishes and
shellfish, pasta and salads, but also with slightly spicy dishes
dishes from Mexican, Thai and Indian cuisine.
