CLIMATE & TERROIR: The grapes come from Finca Carbonera, on
an altitude of 700-950 m above sea level.

VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, where
the process is forced to stop to remove the natural residual sugars
extract that characterizes this fresh and aromatic semi-sweet wine.

GRAPES: sauvignon blanc
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 11.50%

SMELL & TASTE: The wine is clear straw yellow with a lively
golden rim and has pure and complex aromas of passion fruit,
mint and hints of honey. The excellent balance between acidity
and sugar makes the taste fresh with a slightly plummy feeling.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious with various starters, such as
salty cheeses and foie gras, and with fruit-based desserts.
