CLIMATE & TERROIR: The climate is temperate, with both influences
from the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea.
VINIFICATION: After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures
four months in American oak barrels and then
six months in bottle.

GRAPES: tempranillo
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 14.00%
SMELL & TASTE: Soft, round, juicy and full of character with aromas of
ripe red fruit, spices, cedarwood and vanilla.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious with charcuterie, spicy cheeses,
stews with meat or legumes, roasted rabbit in
Iberico ham, game and mushrooms.

FACT: Originally intended for members of the exclusive
investors club linked to Barón de Ley. At their request,
developed a lighter type of wine that still has all the recognizable
would have the characteristics of a Rioja.
