CLIMATE & TERROIR: The climate is temperate, with both influences
of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

VINIFICATION: The manually harvested grapes are then
skin maceration and pressing fermented in the traditional way. The wine matures for 20
months on American oak and then 24 months on
bottle.

GRAPES: tempranillo, graciano, maturana
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 14.00%

SMELL & TASTE: Creamy wine with a satiny structure and
pleasant, ripe tannins. Seductive aromas of forest fruits,
plums, fresh mushrooms, cedar, coffee and chocolate.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with (lamb) meat and spicy hard
cheeses.

FACT: The grapes come from the Mendavia vineyard, which is 400
meters altitude. The Mediterranean climate provides the ideal
conditions for the ripening of the grapes. The result is a wine
in a modern style, concentrated and fruity.
