Caselletti Appliqué

The Caselletti Appassimento is a rich and full-bodied red wine from Italy, made according to the traditional "appassimento" method. In this method, the grapes are first partially dried, which ensures concentrated flavors and a deeper, more intense wine. The wine has a deep ruby ​​​​red color and offers lush aromas of ripe black cherries, plums, raisins and a touch of chocolate, with subtle hints of spices and vanilla from the oak aging.

In the mouth, the Caselletti Appassimento is full and soft, with a silky texture and ripe tannins. The wine has an excellent balance between fruity sweetness and light acidity, which gives it a long, rich finish. It goes well with hearty meat dishes, game, grilled vegetables and mature cheeses.
