Taylor's 10 Year Old Tawny Port

CLIMATE & TERROIR: A climate with warm summers and cold
winters. The terroir mainly has elements of weathered
granite and slate.

VINIFICATION: After the intensive soaking period, fermentation begins
course and the alcohol percentage can increase. If about 8% is
the process is stopped by adding wine alcohol and
the wine matures for 10 years in 630-litre oak barrels.

GRAPES: touriga francesa, tinta roriz, touriga nacional
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 20.00%

AROMA & TASTE: Rich and elegant aroma of ripe berry fruit
combined with delicate notes of nuts, chocolate, butterscotch
and oak wood.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Served slightly chilled, fantastic in
combination with desserts of red fruit, chocolate or
blue veined cheeses
